We are on the inside of the property looking out
towards the road. Measure from the center of the hinge back towards the house 7 3/4" then measure over to the left
7 3/4 " and that is where the rear of the actuator arm needs to mount. The #LA400 gate opener includes adjustable, bolt
on brackets that make the installation easy.
The #LA400
gate opener will pull the gate in towards the house or push the gate out towards the road. If you need to push the gate out
towards the road, you will need a push to open bracket not included in the standard hardware package.
The #LA400 is available at this time, only AC powered. If you need a solar powered gate opener,
look at the Patriot gate opener.
If you are mounting to a large column, the mounting dimensions may
be difficult to acheive unless you push ths gate out towards the road.
