We will repair or replace any item we sell within 90 days of receiving the products(s) less shipping charges. Electronic devices are non-refundable. After 90 days, the products manufacturer becomes responsible within the limitations of their specific warranties. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us or the manufacturer.

 All returned items must have an RMA number on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. Please call 800.281.9348 to obtain an RMA number before returning an item. Ship items with signature required and insured.
